- Advisory and implementation of sourcing agent services
- Identifying and developing a list of aluminum extrusion suppliers in Vietnam
- Evaluating, screening, and creating a shortlist of potential suppliers
- Requesting and analyzing capability profiles (RFIs/RFQs) from relevant parties
- Supporting the client in decision-making to select suitable partners for supply chain implementation
